How clear should my uploads be?
Aim for a clean, sharp capture where faces and text stay crisp when you zoom in or print. Use bright, even light, keep your phone parallel, and avoid flash.
Do I need a flatbed scanner?
No. Your iPhone or Android plus steady lighting is enough. A flatbed only helps with delicate or curled items.
Can you fix fading and scratches?
Yes. After upload, we can bring back color, reduce glare, and soften scratches so faces still look like your family.
Will AI change my relative's face?
That is not the goal. The restore flow is designed to repair photo damage while preserving identity, expression, clothing, body shape, and era. If the result does not look like them, tell us and we will redo it free.
Is my family archive private?
