Yes. Your PhotoScanRestore account works on iPhone and web, so your Photo credits, restored photos, and archive stay tied to the same login.
Can I add Voice Memories?⌄
Yes. In the iPhone app, you can record the story behind a photo so the voice, names, dates, and memories stay attached to the restored image.
What do Photo credits mean on Annual and Monthly?⌄
Photo credits are the plan allowance used for premium restoration work. Annual includes 500 Photo credits per year, and Monthly includes 50 Photo credits each month.
Can you handle the collection for me?⌄
Yes. Done-For-You Family Archive Restoration starts from $1,499. Upload your scanned photos, send us the hardest one first, and we will quote larger or more damaged collections separately.
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Most major cards and region-supported digital wallet methods are accepted.
Is there a refund policy?⌄
Yes. Every paid plan is covered by a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. Contact support within 7 days and we will help or refund your purchase.
What if the restored photo does not look like my relative?⌄
Tell us. If the result changes the person, clothing, body shape, or era of the photo, we will redo it free and use your feedback to improve the restoration.
Do you offer monthly plans?⌄
Yes. Monthly Family Archive is $19.99/month and includes 50 Photo credits each month, plus a 5 GB cloud workspace while the subscription is active.
Is PhotoScanRestore permanent cloud storage?⌄
No. PhotoScanRestore is a restore, organise, and export workspace - not a forever backup provider. Monthly includes 5 GB, Annual includes 25 GB, and expired paid plans get a 90-day export window.
