Yes. Your PhotoScanRestore account works on iPhone and web, so your Photo credits, restored photos, and archive stay tied to the same login.
Can I add Voice Memories?⌄
Yes. In the iPhone app, you can record the story behind a photo so the voice, names, dates, and memories stay attached to the restored image.
How are Photo credits used?⌄
A Photo credit is spent when a premium processing run completes. Current restore presets use 1 Photo credit per completed photo restore. If a future action needs a different amount, the app shows the required credit cost before you confirm.
What is a Photo credit?⌄
Photo credits are your prepaid balance for premium photo processing. They let you restore the family photos that matter, then download the finished result without a watermark.
How many photos can I restore with the Archive Pack?⌄
The Archive Pack includes 100 non-expiring Photo credits, plus a 5 GB cloud workspace while the pack is active. It is built for finishing a photo project, then exporting your restored files for safekeeping.
What's the difference between Starter Pack and Archive Pack?⌄
Starter Pack gives you 10 non-expiring Photo credits - great for a handful of special photos. Archive Pack gives you 100 non-expiring Photo credits - ideal for digitizing a shoebox or album collection.
Do Archive Pack Photo credits expire?⌄
No. Archive Pack Photo credits do not expire. If you stop using the cloud workspace, you still get 90 days to export cloud-stored photos before they may be deleted. Downloads you already saved to your own device or storage are yours to keep.
Can I upgrade from Archive Pack to Annual?⌄
Yes. You can upgrade to Annual Family Archive at any time from the pricing page or billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Most major cards and region-supported digital wallet methods are accepted.
Is there a refund policy?⌄
Yes. Every paid plan is covered by a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. Contact support within 7 days and we will help or refund your purchase.

Is PhotoScanRestore permanent cloud storage?⌄
No. PhotoScanRestore is a restore, organise, and export workspace - not a forever backup provider. Monthly includes 5 GB, Annual includes 25 GB, and expired paid plans get a 90-day export window.
